Turnaround on Revisions: Each revision request will be completed within 48 to 72 hours.
Most design services at JM Texperts take 48–72 hours to complete. This is the turnaround time for one iteration of a design stage, not for the entire project from start to finish. Depending on the type of service, changes may take between 48 and 72 hours (two working days).
If the initial design concepts are approved or revisions are requested, any deposited fees for a project will not be refunded after delivery, unless JM Texperts cancels or terminates your contract for a reason other than your breach or non-performance.
Refund requests will be reviewed by our support team and must be submitted to support@jmtexperts.com. JM Texperts reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Refund eligibility applies per individual service. For example, if you purchase a logo and web design package and approve the logo, you can only get a refund for the web design portion.
All refund decisions will be based on whether the delivered designs meet the agreed brief. If not, we’ll continue revisions until full satisfaction is achieved.
Money-back guarantees apply only to orders placed in good faith. Clients who place identical design orders with multiple agencies are not eligible for refunds.

The My Account section is the main communication channel between you and JM Texperts. You must check it regularly for updates and feedback.
It is your responsibility to check for updates, messages, or revision feedback regularly. Failure to do so will not be a valid reason for a refund.
